Our close knit team consists of fully qualified staff who hold a level 2, 3, 4 and staff training towards a level 5. All staff go through an enhanced DBS check and all staff are first aid trained.
We are fortunate to have a highly qualified, experienced and talented staff. However we also offer opportunities to those who want to learn the profession, by taking on apprentices who have a strong passion for working with children.
We recruit staff who are committed to developing children through a variety of teaching and opportunities, staff are committed to receiving a high level of ongoing training and work well as a team.
We clearly define boundaries of acceptable behaviour and encourage each child to aspire to achieve his or her full potential and beyond.
